My journey

I’m from St. Pete, Florida, and grew up in a Christian home. From helping my mom with VBS (Vacation Bible School), to joining her on outreaches with the Salvation Army and local ministries like Girl Talk, I learned early on that the Gospel was meant to be shared.

In high school, I had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles — cheer captain, yearbook editor, senior class president, and NHS secretary. Each one taught me how to lead with humility, take responsibility, and create space for others to thrive. Looking back, I can see how even those early experiences were part of how God was shaping me for ministry.

I also began to lead worship, combining my love for Jesus and music. I’ve always had a passion for musical theater and got the privilege of playing a role in an evangelistic Christmas production, where I got to preach the Gospel through my character’s dialogue. This marked me and showed me how God could use every part of my life to make Him known.

I’ve been incredibly blessed by mentors who have poured into me, spoken truth, and sharpened me in wisdom all my life. That steady investment helped prepare me for the life of missions I now walk in.

It wasn’t until The Send in 2019 that I knew I was called into full-time missions. I couldn’t shake the burden to reach my generation with the Gospel. For a while, I didn’t know what that would look like. I just kept saying yes.

That “yes” led me through a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Circuit Riders, and eventually to the School of Biblical Studies in Kona, Hawaii — where everything changed. I realized If I was going to continue to live as a missionary of the Word, I had to become a student of the Word.

During my time in SBS, I spent nine months studying the entire Bible five times using the inductive method. Not just to gain knowledge, but to posture myself in humility—to give my time, my energy, and my focus to the Scriptures. I was forever changed as God stirred a deep hunger in me, not just to understand Scripture, but to help others fall in love with it too. SBS marked me with a hunger to rightly handle Scripture (2 Tim. 2:15) and teach it to others.

Since completing SBS in June 2025, I’ve committed to joining the SBS staff team, to train others how to study the Bible in depth and develop my skills as a teacher of the Word.

As I devoted myself to the Bible, I realized how rare it is for even full-time missionaries to be deeply rooted in it. Students who complete SBS are part of the 1% of people on earth who have read and studied the entire Bible that intensely. And now, it's my joy to multiply that number.

If I’m going to teach others—especially in places where resources are scarce—I want to be sure I’m not just repeating what I’ve heard, but actually understanding what God meant when He inspired it. Thats why I am also learning the Biblical languages—Greek and Hebrew. Learning these original languages helps me see the layers, tone, and meaning behind the text—so I can rightly teach, interpret, and live the truth. It’s about honoring Scripture and equipping others with clarity, not confusion.

why this matters.

There is a famine of biblical literacy in the Church today. Only about 5% of believers have read the whole Bible. Some missionaries don’t even know what it says about the mission they’re on. But I believe God is raising up a generation that will be deeply rooted in the Word and fully surrendered to the Spirit—and I want to be part of equipping them.

Here’s the vision:

  • Teach the Bible in churches and nations that lack biblical resources

  • Help pioneer new Bible schools with various missions organizations to better equip messengers of the Gospel

  • Pursue further theological education (through Gordon-Conwell Seminary) to strengthen my ability to serve globally

This calling isn’t just about teaching. It’s about igniting joy, passion, and conviction around the living Word of God—so that every believer is equipped to bring the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

kingdom

It might feel daunting to give financially to missions—or even pointless. But I’ve come to see that it’s one of the clearest ways we partner with God’s movement on the earth.

I believe Jesus has equipped me with His Spirit and the tools of His Word, and I’m committed to going. Will you go with me by sending?
